Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage time slots efficiently and offer flexibility to all clients. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee.

Basic equipment like a yoga mat, resistance bands, or dumbbells can be helpful, but many of our workouts can be done with just your body weight. We’ll design your program based on the equipment you already have.
