1. Eligibility for Returns

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplement containers cannot be returned.
2. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
3. How to Request a Return

- Product name
- Clear photo/video of the issue

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection.
- In case of COD orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer/UPI.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer, we can send a free replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplement jars
- Products purchased during special sales/offers
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
